Free Charity Winter Camp in Tsaghkadzor

A charity ski mountaineering camp is launching in Tsaghkadzor, organized by the Armenian Ski Mountaineering Federation with the sponsorship of C-Quadrat Ampega.

Eligible applicants include 12–17-year-old students from Kotayk and other regions who demonstrate athletic ability, an interest in skiing, and high academic performance. Priority will be given to children of fallen freedom fighters, children from orphaned families, and athletically active children from mountainous and high-altitude communities.

Number of participants: 25 children

Our goal is to promote alpine skiing, ski mountaineering, and cross-country skiing in Armenia, encourage a healthy and active lifestyle among youth, and create equal opportunities for all — without requiring any financial contribution from parents.

All camp expenses are covered by C-Quadrat Ampega. The Armenian Ski Mountaineering Federation will organize everything, including training sessions, coaches, accommodation, three meals per day, ski equipment and clothing, and transportation.

Winter Charity Ski Camp

As part of its 2025 corporate social responsibility program, C-Quadrat Ampega, in cooperation with the MyLer resort, organized a winter ski camp for children aged 12–16 from the Aragatsotn region. The main goals of the camp were to promote physical activity and a healthy lifestyle among children, develop teamwork and social skills, support high-achieving students, and make alpine skiing accessible to more vulnerable groups. Over the course of the camp, 50 teenagers from the Aragatsotn region experienced alpine skiing in an environment that encouraged resilience, teamwork, and personal growth.

Scholarship for Children Relocated from Artsakh

C-Quadrat Ampega is pleased to announce a new initiative within the framework of its Corporate Social Responsibility, dedicated to enhancing opportunities for bright children relocated from Artsakh. This initiative aims to provide them with the chance to pursue top-level high school education in Armenia.

"The launch of this initiative reflects our unwavering commitment to fostering long-term capacity building by investing in the education of talented children from Artsakh. We believe that by providing access to quality high school education, we contribute not only to the individual growth of these children but also to the sustainable development of our society, creating a long-term impact," said Arman Vardanyan, CEO of C-Quadrat Ampega.

The initiative entails the provision of merit-based scholarships for children from Artsakh to enroll in A-level or equivalent high-school programs (years 11 & 12) in Armenia, addressing an area currently not covered by other financial aid programs.

The total amount allocated for the scholarship fund is 100 million AMD. Each eligible child can opt for up to AMD 5 million for a two-year or three-year education period. To qualify for the scholarship, the child must gain admission to an eligible A-level or equivalent high-school program.

The eligible schools and programs are:

- Shirakatsy Lyceum IB Diploma Program

- Quantum College IB Diploma Program

- UWC Dilijan College IB Diploma Program

- British International School of Armenia A-level Degree Program

- CIS Armenia International School A-level Degree Program

- QSI International School of Yerevan AP Capstone Diploma Program

- Ayb School Araratian Baccalaureate

- YSU STEM program

Additional schools that will introduce the relevant high school program in 2024 will also be considered for inclusion. Furthermore, participating schools are required to demonstrate their commitment by offering a substantial (at least 30%) tuition fee discount or matching the amount from other available funds.

The execution partner for this initiative is AGBU – Armenian General Benevolent Union, committed to ensuring the equitable distribution of scholarships to schools based on applications received directly from the schools. The final approval of applicants will be conducted collaboratively.

C-Quadrat Ampega Asset Management Armenia provides AMD 100 million humanitarian aid for Artsakh Armenians

C-Quadrat Ampega Asset Management Armenia is announcing the provision of 100 million AMD humanitarian aid in support of Artsakh Armenians who were forced to flee their homes. With this contribution, the Company aims to provide crucial assistance to families and children displaced from Artsakh who find themselves in critical circumstances and are forced to rebuild their lives from the ground up.
