Mr. Drayss became Director at Deutsche Bank in 1984. From 1990 to 2000, he has served as Managing Director and CIO of Deutsche Asset Management and Deutsche Asset Management International. He was also a board member of Morgan Grenfell Asset Management. After his time with Deutsche Bank, he assumed General Power of Attorney for M.M. Warburg & Co and became Head of Warburg´s asset Management activities. He then co-founded the company Berlin & Co in 2002 and has served on the executive board of the holding. Since 2006, he is Managing Director of C-Quadtat Asset Management, an affiliated company of the C-QUADRAT Group. 

For his passion for Armenia - setting up a UNESCO-partnership between Armenia and Germany - he has been awarded with the “St. the Nerses Graceful” medal. He is member of the advisory boards of the Deutsche Vereinigung für Finanzanalyse und Asset Management (German Association for Financial Analysis and Asset Management) and of the Verband unabhängiger Vermögensverwalter Deutschland (Association of Independent Asset Managers in Germany).  Mr. Drayss was also awarded with „Certificate of Honor“ from Mestop Mashrors institute Madenadaran.

Mr. Drayss holds a Diploma (German MSc equivalent) in Economics from the University of Mannheim.

Mr. Wimmer has started his career working for the German Bertelsmann Group. After three years with Bertelsmann, he became Managing Director of its Austrian subsidiary Gruner&Jahr. After the acquisition of the magazine “News”, he was leading a media conglomerate with about 350 employees. In addition, he became the Managing Director of “News” and was key responsible for its marketing and sales activities. 

In 1999, Mr. Wimmer became Business Manager of Mediaprint/Kurier Magazines Group, the largest print media company in Austria, before joining C-QUADRAT in 2001 as a Member of the Management Board.

Mr. Wimmer has received a Magister (Austrian MSc equivalent) in International Trade from the WU Vienna.

Johannes Kärcher is Non-executive Chairman of the Board of the Kärcher Group. He has finished his studies in Law at the University of Munich and is a registered lawyer.

Mr. Mendez de Vigo has vast experience in the global asset management. After several years at Dresdner Asset Management and Allianz Global Investors, where he was initially responsible for strategic planning for the entire Asia Pacific region and subsequently served as CEO of Allianz Global Investors in Australia, he joined the British investment company F&C, where he was Group Head of Distribution and Business Development. From 2011 till joining C-QUADRAT he served as a Managing Partner of the M&A specialist Blulicap LLP in London.

Cristobal Mendez de Vigo studied in Université Catholique de Louvain, Belgium, in Centro de Estudios Financieros, Madrid and received his Master’s in Business Administration from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, Madrid.
