Pension funds
C-Quadrat Ampega Asset Management Armenia” manages three mandatory pension funds in Armenia: CQFIX – Fixed income, CQCON – Conservative, and CQBAL – Balanced. The fund assets are formed from the contributions of the participants (4.5%) and the co-financing of the State (5.5%). Funds differ by their investment strategies, in particular, by the limits of investments in equity instruments. The objective of the funds is the preservation of long-term growth of fund assets by investing in different financial instruments with high ratings.

“C-Quadrat Ampega Fixed Income Fund ”
- For pension savers with low-risk tolerance.
The fund invests 100% of its assets in bonds, money market instruments, deposits, investment funds that invest in the above securities, as well as in similar instruments. The fund does not invest in equities or equity funds.
“C-Quadrat Ampega Conservative Fund ”
- For pension savers with moderate risk tolerance.
The fund invests up to 25% of its assets in equities, equity funds, and equity-equivalent instruments. The remainder of the assets is invested in bonds, money market instruments, deposits, and other similar instruments.
“C-Quadrat Ampega Balanced Fund ”
- For pension savers aware of the risks and opportunities associated with equities
The fund invests up to 50% of its assets in equities, equity funds and equity-equivalent instruments and the remainder in bonds, money market instruments, deposits and other similar instruments.
